(“CoolPaul”), one of the largest realty company by physical locations and sales volume in Northeast China, entered into a Cross Border Listing Services Agreement (the “Agreement”).
Pursuant to the Agreement, AEEX was engaged to assist CoolPaul with its planned IPO onto NASDAQ Capital Markets in early 2019. Acting on behalf of CoolPaul, as their official cross-border listing advisor, AEEX will assist CoolPaul in corporate restructuring, senior management training, underwriter selection, external communication support and compliance related issues. On a recent trip to Shenyang, AEEX debriefed CoolPaul’s management team on the cross border listing plan and compliance related issues prior to the IPO.
CoolPaul Group is a realty company in Northeast China that currently operates 200 full-service real estate agencies located across China.
