What places one in the frontiers of an era is not certain skill or capability but one's foresight. On May 10, Shenzhen Poly Theater collected
China’s celebrity financiers,including Guan Jinsheng, China’s godfather of securities, Liu Yang, China’s female Warrant Buffett,
Lin Yixiang, Vice President of China Securities Association of China (SAC), and Wang Renqing, Vice Chairman of Sydney Stock Exchange (SSX).
They attended Zhuojian * AEEx Financial Forum (the “Forum”) and shared their insight into hotly discussed issues like international capital,
investment trends and capital forces.

The Forum was jointly hosted by Guangdong Zhuojian Cultural Development Co., Ltd., Asia Equity Exchange Group, Inc.,
and Qianhai Asia Era (Shenzhen) International Financial Services Co., Ltd. (AEIF). It attracted over one thousand audience,
who interacted with speakers through WeChat or by raising hands with questions.
Listing certificates were conferred on 35 companies
In the event, more than 35 companies from Shenzhen, Xiamen, Tianjin, Dalian, Beijing, Hainan, Anhui, and Henan accepted certificates
of listing on Asian Equity Exchange (AEEx), which were conferred by AEIF, the business partner of AEEx in China, and became AEEx
member companies, preparing for international financing. As AEEx members, they will be required to disclose information in accordance
with standards for international public companies. AEEx provides multiple channels for Chinese companies to connect with international
capital, and opportunies for equity financing, bond financing, transfers of listing, international acquisitions and mergers.
It is also a platform of choice for international institutional investors to seek quality projects and for international public companies to
reorganize their assets and conduct acquisitions and mergers. One of AEEx member companies, Benefactum Alliance Holdings Company Limited,
is to be acquired by Sino Fortune Holding Corporation, a U.S. public company, through which it will be listed in the U.S. market.
The ceremony of its delisting from AEEx was also held in the event.
Yang Jinlin hosted interactions between guests
Wang Renqing, Vice Chairman of SSX, Liu Jun, Chairman of Asia Equity Exchange Group, and Luo Xiaoling, founder of Hornetcorn Biotechnology,
delivered engaging speeches on the morning. Mr. Wang shared his views on how Chinese companies should go global. He believed that as laws,
regulations, culture and regulatory systems in western countries are different from those in China, they should not flock outside China blindly,
and that it is important to have excellent teams in the process of going global. He said that lack of a strong local team may lead to errors in
business practice and negative effect on a company’s development.
Liu Jun, Chairman of Asia Equity Exchange Group, delivered a keynote speech
Mr. Liu Jun shared his insight into how companies should take the road to international capital. He considered debt financing,
a lethal method overburdening companies, as the main reason for recent company bankruptcies. He advocated equity financing,
which does not require repayment of principal plus interest or increase capital pressure on companies. Ms. Luo Xiaoling said that as the
number of cells begins to decrease after a person becomes 30, it is also an investment to store healthy cells in advance.
In her opinion, an investor who never invests in his/her personal and family health may not be considered successful.
Guan Jinsheng, Godfather of Securities in China, gave a keynote speech
Mr. Guan Jinsheng gave a speech entitled New Economy Calls on New Capital Markets, where he offered in-depth analysis on problems in
Chinese economy in the new era and called upon reforms in standards and mechanism of capital markets. Liu Yang, also known as China’s female
Warrant Buffett, shared Options for Investors in the New Era. Calling herself a veteran in financial markets with numerous medals,
she summarized her experience and experience of other professionals in stock trading and cautioned average Chinese stock investors not to
blindly follow opinions of the general public on the market. Her advice was that non-professional investors should not take chances
hoping to buy low and sell high, and that it is important to quickly stop losses rather than hesitating.
She believed that China will enter a new era of investment in 2016 based on her analysis on data concerning consumption,
employment and other aspects of investment in China.

Yang Jinlin, former famous host and commentator with Phoenix TV, Tian Yanyou, producer of Zhuojian, and Shi Zhe,
chief editor of Southern Weekly New Media were guest hosts in the Forum, which drew attention and coverage from a number of media,
including CUTV, CCTV-2, Southern Metropolis Daily,Southern Weekly,Guangzhou Daily, WSJ, Tencent, NetEase, and Phoenix.
